I lost all this progress I don't want to start over just need assistance in regaining my level without Facebook account or email I had.

    I am sorry you are having an issue with your progress. If you were not using a Facebook or King login you will need to contact Customer Care.

    You can find the link for the Customer Care contact form at the bottom of this FAQ where it says "here"
