Lives taken away?

I paid extra to always have 8 games available on Candy Crush several years ago.  For the past week, only 5 show up.  What's wrong?

    Did you mean the you used to have 8 lives due to a charm you had purchased?  I will need to look into this for you. I will also ask that this post be moved to the Candy Crush Saga Community which is where you should post so that members who play can see help and be helped

    I'm not sure if I purchased a charm; I just know that I paid extra and would always have 8 lives available for the hundreds of times I've played Candy Crush since purchasing the constant extra lives.  Now, for the past week+, I receive only 5 lives every time...
