well, I don’t know where to find my user ID. I’m connected through FB. I have an iPhone X on ios 12.1.4. And updated everything yesterday.

I have the iPhone XR and the way that I clear the history is to swipe up from the bottom and then all your recents should pop up. Just swipe each one and that will clear the history. I haven’t seen that problem on my game but if you tried troubleshooting and clearing the history then shut down your phone, wait about 10 seconds and then open the phone. You can also try to log out of Facebook and Then log in to see if that works. You can also uninstall the Facebook app and then reinstall it again. If nothing works and no one else is reporting it as a glitch the last resort is to uninstall the game and reinstall it again but uninstalling the game will make you lose all rewards and lives.

I added to a thread where others are/were having this issue and there wasn’t a fix.

I deleted my FB app and one character is now available (note: i used this character before and he went back to downloading at some point. Guess I should’ve put that here instead of a review. )
the other character is still sitting in downloading.
