I can't get free lives I have no in box and wait time is far to lkng

I am sorry to hear that you are having Lives issue in your game!!  In the past week, many players have been complaining that "Lives" feature in their game is not working too!! 

Are you talking about the "Candy Friends" game or some other game?  When did this issue start in your game?
