Why I can't get any free lives in the gift boxes anymore? Also why I can't get any free gold bars?

1) With regards to "Free Lives" in the Gift Boxes --> It was a limited time feature that was being tested and hence, some of the players had this facility. But, I can find out from our Community Manager if we will see this feature again in the game!!
2) With regards to "Receive Gold Bars" --> If you are talking about the game, we were never given any Gold Bars in the levels or in the game!!
Since you have joined the Community now, you can participate in the contests and win Gold Bars from time to time.
