I didn’t get new quests

, I have a question , I didn’t get any new quests today , when I open that all I see is the timer for waiting on new quests ,I hope that anyone have a answer !

Hi @pluisje - Try force closing out of your game. Clear your cache and cookies. Power off your device for at least 30 seconds. Then power back up and login to see if that resyncs the game for you. Let me know if that doesn’t work.

I did everything you asked me to do,I didn’t work the only that’s worked is delete the game and then I downloaded it again en yes it works well again for now, when I have troubles again I late You know !

Hi again @pluisje - I was worried about that which is why NEVER recommend deleting & re-Installing the app as a last resort only.

Were these purchased boosters? Do you happen to have a photo of how many you had of each? I can ask our CM to review this but can’t promise anything. I will need your used Id to provide her the info. Let me know if you need help finding that.

Hai @Foley1362 , thanks for the reply , yes what you say is true ,but I try everything and that was my last hope , but now I noticing that sometimes since the last update the game closed of his one , and no I have no photos of how many I had , but I know it , not many but I need them so much I’m on level 1867 , but I know I had 2 regular, 1 stripped and 1 wrapped ,and can you help me too find my Id ,thanks for helping me

Hi again @pluisje - good news they should be added back now. Please force close out and back in to see if they appear.

and again going forward no deletion of the app unless absolutely necessary or it will result in the loss of all boosters!!
