    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please specify which item did you try to buy with 32 Gold Bars and have not received?  

    Did you receive any message saying "sorry! could not finish the order" or any error message OR something like that?  Have a you taken a screenshot while buying or after receiving the message of purchase not being successful?  The more details you provide, the better it is for the team to look into the issue!
