I have added the missing rewards to all of you now - Remember you need to force close the App/log out from the game and in again in order to trigger the box.
Also, please note that everything will come in one single box. Therefore, even if you're missing 2 or more boxes, you'll only see one popping up. However, be assured that the content of the boxes matches the amount of what you're missing
Our Team has found a fix for iOS, however, this will be released in a few days not to alter with the BubbleGum Troll event that is currently running. So for now, please keep posting your IDs and I'll add the rewards for you.

ID 10829175484 Re my comment of 13 Oct. I think I received only 1 reward for passing levels 520, 540, 560 and 580. I asked if you could send the other 3 rewards, but I received no reply. Please could you send them? The end of episode problem seems to be fixed now, but I've given up on the BGT event. Really disappointing!
