Something is off with Spread the Jam Challenge

Hey everyone.
Spread the Jam challenge appeared in my phone today too.
BUT... is it my idea or something is wrong about it?
I mean if you check it, it says 0/-1.
Is it a bug or something else?

(Btw, I didn't try to complete a spread the jam level with that challenge yet cause I want to be sure that something will not go wrong with my game).
So, does someone else had that thing with me too today?

Hi @Sofia1992 Try to force close your device for a bit and see if the jam challenge run like normal 🤗

I didn't notice that with mine, i did complete one jam level and it says 1/4.

How on earth do you complete a negative one level lol, I hope someone can help you figure this out.

Spread the Jam challenge came back to its 'senses' in my phone...

Mine isn't calculating properly either. I have passed 4 jam levels so I should have complete the challenge but it only says 2/4.

I have passed over 4 cookie dunk levels just now i had 3 out of finally what was supposed to be my last level and again it completely ignored that win which should been the complete quest. What a rip off.

I am having that issue with the jam event. Should have 3, but I did not get credit for the last one

I definitely won 4 jam levels. There seems to be a glitch and it only says 2

What's the deal with that?

I've also had this happen with the Jam. It's stuck on 3 even thou I've completed at least 2 or 3 more jam levels beyond that,

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! But, did you make sure that all the levels you have completed are the Jam levels but not the Purple Jam -- which is Jelly levels?

Can you please tell me which levels you have completed? I can double check and tell you whether they are the Jam levels OR Jelly levels. Also, I am adding the pictures for your clarification...

To complete the challenge, make sure that you are playing the "Red Jam" levels but not the "Purple Jelly" levels! If you have played any of the Jelly levels, they will not be counted under the Jam Levels, hence the challenge will not count it.
