What happened to the Christmas rewards

Level 1

I passed a daoly Christmas level but didn't receive any rewards. What is going on with this game. First I didn't receive the cookie dunk reward after completing well over 4 levels now I didn't receive the daily Christmas reward. They need to fix this. Is support even viewing these complaints?

    Hi @Tee215 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Can you please provide some more info on each instance?

    The calendar event can be tricky. You have to make sure the ‘reward box’ is released during the level like you do on normal levels or the award isn’t triggered.

    As for the Dunk the Cookie challenge - do you have screenshots showing any progress on it? It only counts for NEW levels so passing older levels doesn’t count.

    If you can confirm your user ID and what type of device you play from I can alert the CM team to review for you 🙏🏻

    Yes the reward box was triggered. No I did not screen shoot my progress and I did play new levels not an old level. My user name is tee215 I sign in through Facebook email address is ** Removed by CM - Private info **.

    Hi again @Tee215 - after review the CM team has confirmed the issue. Pleas make sure and sign in and out and you should have a pop up alert from the game.
