I have updated my phone and have not received the holiday event at all !!!! What’s going on? Am I doing something wrong? Turned phone off and on several times. I go to the App Store and it doesn’t show any updates available

Ok so once again i did not receive my holiday rewards. So none on week 2 day 6 now week 3 day 4.. will we get these rewards?

I also did not receive costume this week. Same as last week. If the special prizes in each level are required to get the costume, then we should be able to replay the levels if it is missed.
