I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused with your question!!
1) Are you saying that you have received the items you have purchased items but you were NOT charged?
2) Are is the issue is you have PAID for the items you have purchased but your account was charged?
If it is the 2nd option, please follow the suggestion provided by my friend @Acv 🙂
