Sorry to hear that problem.
It seems your lolipops, stripped lolipops and Wrapped Lolipops are lost.
Can You Answer few questions for letting us know more about it ?
1) Which Candy Crush Game is that in which the Lolipops disappeared ?
2) On which platform you play ? Android app/ Windows/iOS app or web play on King's Website or Facebook ?
3) Did You Buy them or won them ? If you have buyer then let us know your purchase date or history to regain your lolipops .
I hope I am clarifying everything.

With regards to "loosing lollipops", did anything happened in between those few hours? Examples - did your game crash OR have you reinstalled the game for some reason OR did you "update" the game App? Can you please post these details?

Yes, There's a problem with mi phone, and i'd to reinstall all my apps, candy crush friends too. The strange thing is that the game remember the levels, the costumes wons, and almost everything, except the Lollipops.
The screenshot sended was taked yesterday in the morning. Now i'm level 1506

You won all of the Lolipops.
So have you deleted the android app and installed again ? And had you made any login to the app by Facebook login or King Login ?
This make your problem more clear and your problem will get solved faster.

1) Because you have saved the game through Facebook account, even-though you have reinstalled the App, the level progress and all the characters you have collected are intact. Because, those and the Gold Bars are saved to our game.
2) But you have lost all the Lollipops because are NOT saved to the game, but to our Device local memory. So, when we delete the App, all the data pertaining to the game is removed. And since you have won those lollipops in various contests and quests, they are not reimbursed by the King Team.
Hope this made sense and clarifies! I am sorry for not able to bring any good news for your issue!
