I am sorry to hear that you have lost the Daily Bonus Reward from your game!!
Can you please tell me when you have updated the game and from when did the Daily Reward stopped appearing for you?
Did the feature entirely disappear OR did you loose the streak?

i updated the game an hour and a bit ago as I got pop up saying to update which I did.
The daily reward hasn’t appeared today and it stopped after I updated game as it’s first time I played this morning
it seems to have disappeared and as I haven’t had it today can’t tell if I have lost my streak.

I have never experienced this kind of glitch in my game!! May be the timer was reset when you have updated the game!!
Please wait for 24 hours from the time you have updated and check if you will receive the Daily Bonus again! I am sure it would pop-up again (as it did in my game)!
If it didn't please give me a heads-up on Monday, so that I can escalate this issue to our Friends game Community Manager 👍️
