Why can’t I purchase gold bars?

I have been attempting to buy gold bars on all your games for two days and it always tells me something is wrong. Why is this occurring?

Sorry to hear this Problem.

If this is occurring then try following troubleshooting steps-

1- Check your internet connection speed. If it's very slow then you might not be able to buy anything.

2- Check if you have got Official Version of the Game. If you have got any version shared by anyone then you might get the unofficial version of the Game.

3- If still your problem exists then try Updating to latest version of the Game.

4- If above method fails then try uninstalling and Reinstalling the Latest Version of the Game. Also before uninstalling, Don't Forget to login into King Account so that you won't loose your progress.
