I have got a bubblegum challenge in which when i cleared 800 score now they gave me 2000 challenge but didn't i get gift when i cleared 800score

Kindly help why am not getting any gifts after i cleared bubblegum 800 score ... Evenly everone gets free chances after watching video ... I don't get anything ...

Before also i cleared 8/10 challenge of queen but then automatically it got lost ... Nd i won't be able to complete that challenge
