There have been several events that I didn't get & I got frustrated/angry/upset about. But, eventually - almost always - if the event is specifically for a character or a new costume, you get another chance to win it. It wouldn't be any fun if everything is just handed to you on a silver platter!
I read these posts from players that say they're done 'cuz they didn't get an event, or the event messed up, or disappeared. I get aggravated!
Keep playing. Usually, you get an opportunity to try to get that character or costume at a later time. The only time I have seen that I couldn't get a costume was when it was given for buying a new phone or something like that.
I can't recall any other game that has a whole community of players, developers, people who HELP. This King community is - by far - #1 in service, in help, & in having a friendly ear to listen to you.
Show some appreciation! Not just moaning & groaning!
