Hi @jonesey66 , it's a pleasure to meet you! Sorry to read about your game update issue. It looks like you are windows 10? Have you went to the app store and in in the three dots area, clicked on library and then get updates?
One thing I can say while you are waiting on better help, is DO NOT uninstall your game.
Maybe also add a reply post with your king id.. to find that, click on your game profile and click in the king icon twice, the king logo with turn into your Id number.
As for the community badge for level 1000, that us still offered. Here is the link below .............. hope this all helps you in some way! Have a spectacular weekend!
