@BQN537 that's great news to hear that you have the major fast food chains they are a must every once in a while when you have the munchies 😉😋 so you guys have lots of traffic down there!🤪 Not much traffic here unless we're headed to the city.
Everyone had there food, I'm saving mine for some Netflix binge watching when everybody heads to bed. I like to unwind on Friday nights, and have my me time😅

When it’s school time and such it gets to be a bit of a pain but probably not really compared to Sydney that is a nightmare, I only go there to see the relatives if I really have to and then I try to avoid it or get somebody else to drive 🍟🐬

Right now m having sausage and peppers, I break up the sausage first and cook it then put several garlic cloves in the pan as they cook, I cut up one Onion along with a red,green and orange bell pepper, toss those in the pan and I let everything cook down. Then I add tomato sauce, let that simmer for about three hours and put it over bow tie noodles😋

But we had steak tacos.
Man I don't know about you but this covid 19 is getting crazy over here 🤪 my kids school just got closed for a bit, because of a parent got infected 😷 and the grocery stores are bare....🤪. The shelves are wipped clean😮.

Things are a bit hectic down here the shops have been pretty well stocked except toilet paper 🧻 I still can’t work that one out.Tissues I can sort of get my head around but I’ve managed to get most things, see what happens when I go to the shops tomorrow my daughter wants a lamb roast for dinner I will keep you posted 🐾
Sporting events have either been cancelled or they are playing to an empty stadium/oval and they cancelled the Australian Grand Prix talk about a nightmare for the people involved in that.

Wow I haven't had lamp in ages my mom used to make it, along with mint jelly (I think it's called that)?
But anyways our school district is closed down for now, no baseball practice/ games for my son he's bummed out but understanding of the situation.
So yup with all that said I'm having a good cup of coffee.

We have mint sauce or jelly I prefer the sauce it’s got a vinegar like taste with it.My mother also made lamb roast still can’t get the potatoes as crispy as she did though we keep trying.
