Atm I can't post gifs 🤪, but I'm more than willing to send my good vibes in these trying times for everyone. Literally I've been self quarantining myself and young kids for almost two weeks, I know it's tough and challenging for many of us, because humans are meant to be social and socialize with others. But right now that's not the case. To be out and about like everything is normal.

So many states and countries are taking strong actions to stop the spread of covid 19. I know my state is one of those. Schools are shut down,sports are cancelled,all non essential stores are closed, people are strongly encouraged to self quarantine, no crowds more than ten people allowed.

But with that being said, we are all strong. We are in this battle together, there has never been a more important time to really look out for the elderly the young and ourselves. We can't put are selfishness in front of what could be life or death for others.

Today call someone mom,dad whoever maybe a good. Friend you haven't spoken to in a while and spread your love and good vibes there way, because I know some people don't get that much attention and maybe might feel very low a time like this.❤️

Says it was removed by user. @Yosca , I loved the poem you posted. It's so beautiful! @QueenMia , I love the poem you posted by Kitty O'Meara, it is full of truth. I think we are all wrestling with the shadows of ourselves and the uncertainty of tomorrow. By standing together, we can us that light to extinguish the fear that rises with the looming uncertainties! @gr33n3y3z , I loved that you posted good vibes through words. Words have just as much meaning and power. You are so right, our need to belong is bolstered by the looming uncertainties regarding health and well being. I really love your message to others, encouraging them to take time out of today nad call a family member or friend you have not spoken to in a while!

I received a message from my Yoga teacher this morning that reminded us that we are all warriors of light. She encouraged us all by stating ,"Let us all be sources of strength, courage, love, and light. Not only will this help others but, it will increase our connection to our world and to each other." Let your light shine so that it may be a blessing to all!

I see news every day - ntv. This morning I had to laugh heartily: It's a bad time right now. but this also has something good. People get inventive and what ideas they come up with is insane. In the supermarket there are empty shelves of toilet paper and an older lady said: Do you want to cook it ??? A butcher in Cunnersdorf in Saxony, if he sells his meat, there is now a free roll of toilet paper. It's funny what's going on here right now. They also brought from other countries today. For example America - weapons, Holland coffee and red wine. and we in Germany toilet paper. Yes, we Germans really do matter. Even if it were said that tomorrow the world will go under: Will be bought and not too scarce. What madness. I inserted pictures.🙃
