I completed Olivia’s enclave but didn’t unlock the character OR get access to the starchaser

Hey @cartermar and welcome to our sweet community.

After you complete Olivia's enclave, you have to do and star chaser too.

You have to go back in the main game and get 30 stars when you complete those levels.

After getting those stars, you will get Olivia too.

The starchaser never showed up, that’s the problem. I have since collected more than 30 stars and finished the enclave with 17 days left

I am very sorry to hear that Olivia was not unlocked for you!

As soon as you have finished the 10 special levels, Olivia should have been unlocked and Star Chaser must appear!!

Can you please post these details ---> Device you are using and your game ID number? This link will help --> Find my ID

Once you post these details, I will escalate this issue to the Friends game Community Manager to look into your game.
