We are taking the homeschooling one day at a time. It's not bad though his teacher tries to do live schooling videos twice every week, which is nice. But we have a really great online schooling link that is altered just for him and his class.

We had barramundi with mashed potatoes and veggies last night still getting HelloFresh will see what happens this week and coffee at the moment.
Great news about the homeschooling at least you can relax a bit now,daughters work is closed son went to work see what happens and hubby still working for now although hubby is classed as an essential service (water and sewer) breakdowns a lot of businesses have shut its so surreal,can’t get my head around what’s happening 🐨

I made beef tips and rice last night in the crock pot, it was so good!! I am not sure what we are going to have tonight. I know closer to friday, I am going to make a lasagna! I am glad to hear the home schooling is going good, Gr33n3y3s ! I hear you about the Aldi's muffin mixes , they are not as good.. If you can ever find the Cinnamon swirl bread by Bakers Corner , it is quite heavenly!!

yes im a bit relieved with homeschooling it's not ideal but very doable with the worldwide pandemic. So I can't complain his school really reached out to all students. But yes I agree this all seems like a dream and I'm waiting to wake up from this nightmare 😥, wow I'm still kinda lost for words here 🤯🤪.
but my hubby works for the government so he's not going to be unemployed. It just really sucks for everyone being jobless for the time being and isolated to boot!
i cant believe that I slacked and forgot to get meat out last night to de thaw for tonight's dinner 😜 so my hubby had to run out quick before all the grocery stores close for the night, thinking chicken on the grill and veggies🤔!

We had silverside (corn beef) with white onion gravy, mashed potato and steamed veggies one of my favorite dishes.

the mushroom soup was so delicious I did it with shiitake mushrooms I don't know if you ever had those but the soup was a hit here at the house I actually made it again maybe about 2 days ago, once again the soup was devoured LOL.
So tonight I'm just doing tacos nothing too fancy it's just a Saturday evening here and just wanted to do something simple so I can sit back and reflect with the family with this crazy chaos that's going on in the world maybe we'll have a game tonight tonight.🤔

Tonight I'm just doing something simple spaghetti and meatballs after Easter dinner last night I'm whooped 😴. Maybe I will take a walk later it's so beautiful outside.

Bored but doing well.
Made a mushroom soup over the weekend we could only get brown mushrooms big hit even my fussy son loved it so definitely have that again.
