Yes, a restart would be your best bet if it isn't showing in plsystore, be sure and check auto updates in upper right corner of haven't it accidentally hit turned off, hope this helps, happy playing, friend!😁

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

If they still doesn't get added, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.

It happened to me again today. Gave me the unlimited lives, then an hour later they were gone. I give up. 😂

Received the free lives on Monday but not since. Tells me I have no internet connection. I have unlimited data on this device so shouldn't be an issue. I also get the same message when I play Super Farm Heroes. I have 20+ prizes that won't open.

Hi I for unlimited lives and it said they were for a week. Now they are gone and it’s barely been a day. I’ve rebooted and already had latest update done but still nothing?

On Monday we started sending the 24 hours unlimited lives world wide bit by bit. Please be patience if you don't see them right away in your games and also, consider the following:

Update to the latest version of the game needed.
The Unlimited Lives offer is available to those who play on mobile devices
The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
You can enjoy the Unlimited Lives offer while playing offline, but will need to connect to receive them.
If you’re a new player, Unlimited Lives will begin on the 2nd day of gameplay.
The Unlimited Lives offer is valid only for players who have been active in the past 365 days.

Last but not least, if you are playing form an Asia-Pacific country, we started sending them at around 9:00 am CEST so perhaps the 24 hours unlimited lives just arrived to your game and are ready to be claimed.
