Bug - Sent back to level 1560 and stuck at it (FIXED - Pls update to new version 1.37.4)

After update game went back to level 1560 with an ‘under construction’ sign. Had to reinstall and I lost all power ups and lost I’m the unlimited lives gift. Seems to be working now but any way to recover what I lost?

Hi, before finishing the season event, a parcel appeared floating, inviting (again) for infinite lives.

I finished the event and, when I tried to go on playing, I realized I had gone back like 1200 levels.

Of course, I Lost all boosters I had gained in the season event, which is nothing compared to 1200 levels!!!!

Please help!!!!

I got that too this morning, although my boosters don't seem to be affected, but my daily login was reset to Day 1.

(Note: I restarted my device and found myself back to where I was last night at level 2125.)

((Note 2: What's up with that strange black area down lower left?))

Ty For answering! I entered the Game on several ocassions, sometimes I was at the correct level, sometimes at 1200 levels lower.

I play on Android, also restarted it and the same continued.

When I go into my game it puts me on level 1560 paint can at end I am on level 2768. I have to shut my phone down while in game then go back to game to get to the level I'm on

Once u uninstall, booster and life are lost due to not being saved on account id... it is only stored on device memory ...

Thanks for the reply. Also lost unlimited lives and don’t have sweet streak anymore... I understand that’s saved locally, but it reinstalling was the only way to make it work. Annoying bug... there should be a way to store full progress.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

Did the problem got solved after reinstalling your game App? Are you back on your current level AND did the Paint can / construction sign go away?

I understand that you lost the boosters, and you do know the reason for that too!! Unless you have purchased any of those boosters with real money, those Lollipops are not reimbursed!! I am very sorry for not bringing any good news about that 😔

Are you using an Android OR iOS device? Can you please give me the version number you have right now?

I am very sorry to know about the issue your game!! Can you please tell me the version number you have updated to? Also, are you using an Android OR Apple device?

I am sorry, I have not understood your above comment!! Did you mean, you have to disconnect the Internet to go to your original level OR are you saying you have to shut down each time you win a level, because the game is taking you to that lower level??

Can you please explain more about that issue?

I’ve updated Candy crush friends saga a few minutes ago and it rolled back to level 1600 or something like that (I was on level 2801 before the update) and the next level had the work in progress icon, meaning I couldn’t even move forward.

I ended up having to delete and reinstall the game, which meant losing the 3 hours friendly colouring candy booster I had just received for completing my missions.

This is really annoying and I hope there’s something you can do to fix this.
