Help for tricky levels!
After update game went back to level 1560 with an ‘under construction’ sign. Had to reinstall and I lost all power ups and lost I’m the unlimited lives gift. Seems to be working now but any way to recover what I lost?

There's a bug in the Update of Candy Crush Friends Saga. Game Studio is working on it.
You can Press Back Button and Click Play Button again to see where you are Progressing. I hope this helps.
Hi problem insists for 3rd day now.
I have internet but it keeps sending me to 1560 😁
@sallytaz Please also check that your Wi-Fi is turned on. another thing that would probably help you out is if you log out of your game and then log back into your game it should take you to your current level. I hope that helps and good luck! Have fun crushing 🍭

Unfortunately there's a Problem in Latest Version 1.36.5 and Game Studio is working on it. Till it Gets Solved please be Patient. You'll be notified when problem Gets Solved. Currently When You Play the Game and Find Level 1560, Go back and Click Play button again. I hope this helps.
I finished 1560 this morning. It went to 1561 which i played with my last life. Went back and it’s telling me new levels are coming. What’s going on?
I just opened my game and was so confused to see this lol but after logging out and in again it really worked. Thanks for the heads-up, dear @QueenMia ❤️

In my instance, the bug does not have anything to do with internet connection. On my iPhone, if I don’t completely close out the app before getting back into it I get a roadblock. If I close the app instead of letting it run in the background and get back in it goes to the correct place.
This happened to me about two days ago, but I should add that when I was playing the game the power went out at my house for a moment, I turned off my tablet and went outside. When I came back in maybe a minute after the power flickered back on I forgot that I was in the middle of a game 😜so I turned on my tablet and boom I was on level 1560 I took a screenshot just in case. But what I did was I logged out of my game and logged back in, and I was back at the level. Was playing. I was very relieved 😅
Let's Be Patient Till The Bug Gets Solved. And If You Play Online And Try 3 times then You Can Reach your level.
I was on level 2100 , now on 1560 🤷🏻♀️
Let's be Patient. There's a new Event on 4th May. Might be we can get a stable Update too.
To me, one or two times a day. I have to restart the phone several times until it goes to the correct level
Yep It's like the game is behaving like New Start on Whenever you play.
The worse part of this bug is Mr. Toffee jumping in again on everything that was at one time, the first time event, like getting a prize box for completing a quest.

In the afternoon I played from the right level on, but now.... Back to lvl 1560
I don't know where to find the version. I have Android. When I go into my game I get this,so to get back to where I am I power my phone off while still in game.

It appears dacs delivery and the extra games have disappeared yet again. We were good for about 3 weeks, not sure what the issue is but figured I'd make another post about it
