I'm not getting my unlimited lives

Hello @Rich68lavoie and welcome to our friendly King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem. You can only get the unlimited lives on one platform, so make sure you are playing on just one platform. Also the unlimited lives will pop-up as an offer every 24 hours.
Make sure you have the latest updated version of the game and that you have cleared your cache. Then exit the game and turn off your device for 15-20 seconds. When you turn the device back on and reopen the game, if you don't see the invitation for unlimited lives, play a level and see if it shows up. If none of this works, please post a comment below and include your player D#.

If you had issues receiving the Unlimited Lives, please note that they are only sent to mobile devices and to the Windows app. You will also need to have the latest update of the game installed to be able to receive the Lives.

If everything is already up to date on your phone or tablet, please force close or force stop the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will pop up the next coming afternoon. This doesn't fix the Lives that you missed, but should help you to receive the Lives the next day when they are sent.
Please note also that the Unlimited Lives can only be received on one device, if you play on several devices.
If no Lives pop up or load up in your game, then email Player Support about this from the game's Settings and Help Center.
