Galaxy Yeti costume not received

Hello everyone!
I have downloaded the game through the Galaxy Store, logged in with my Facebook account (the one i always used to play the game), and i'm past level 900. I have a Samsung Galaxy A70, so i think i have an eligible device. I waited over those 48 hours i was informed to wait, but still no costume! It's been 4 days now. I also cleared the app's cache and rebooted the device, still nothing.
Does someone have an insight on this and can help in any way?

Did you buy your Samsung device recently?
If your device is compatible with "Galaxy Yeti", you should have seen some notifications while installing the game! Can you please confirm that?
If your device is new, did you play few levels after logging into your game!
Just a heads-up, Sukanta is also another player just like you and me! He does not have powers to send you the Galaxy Yeti 🙂 So, you will have to wait a bit and clarify above details for me.
