I am sorry to hear that you are not able to log into your game!

Are you playing the game on a mobile device OR a personal computer? I am thinking there might be connection issues in your area due to heavy "internet traffic". Even-though, the connection in your home shows a strong signal, outside lines/servers could be too busy and jammed - which can cause this issue.

Since it has been few hours as you have posted this question, the issue must have been cleared now! If not, please do give some time, and try to open only one App / Browser at a time (depending on the device you are using), which will give less load on the connection.
