Anyone able to complete level 4? You only get 23 moves and unless you buy extras to help, you can not beat that one.

Welcome to the CCFS community. I am not sure why you have only 23 moves for Hazelnut Crunch L4. I have checked on all 3 platforms, i.e iOS, Android and Win10 versions, that there are 27 moves for L4 in the Hazelnut Crunch side map. Please upload a screenshot if possible so the CM and Superstars can help to resolve this issue.

As far as tips for level 4, Red Rabbit is a good helper for the hearts level as she is good for destroying those stubborn blockers. I would recommend using Red Rabbit for your next attempt. On the other hand, try to hit the Hazelnut Crunch blockers in every move. This will help to remove all the Hazelnut Crunch blockers quickly. Good luck!
