    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

    By one of your above posts, I know which device you are using to play the game. I need few more details please...

    1) Which Candy game are you playing?

    2) Which level is it you are playing with this β€œlagging” issue? It might not be your device, but the level itself! Let me also check the level and see how it acts for me.

    They take care of those 2 issues mainly and also the restoring levels for the players who has never created either Facebook or Kingdom account and lost their level progress for some reason.

    But, yes! Players do contact them for many things as they are not aware of it. This Community is the β€œgo to place” for any and all other issues β€” technical, game play, etc., etc., Some can be resolved by the trouble shooting steps, some can be resolved by the Community team, and some need to be reported to the game Studios.

    Did I clarify properly?

    I am so sorry, I could not attend to your post till now!

    I can escalate this issue to the Candy Friends Community Manager. But, it can happen only on Monday as they are off for the weekend now.


    But, before I can escalate this issue, I will need few more details from you.

    1) You said your internet connection is working fine on your end. But, we do not know how the servers are working on King side! So, that would be one aspect to consider with the game play.

    2) If this is happening on all the levels, will it be possible for you to record a 30 seconds video on different "mode" levels, and keep them ready. Because, when we are complaining about a particular issue, those videos will come in handy for the Studio team to look into the issue.

    3) Is it happening only on the regular levels, or on "Hazel Nut Event" levels too?

    Hey that's intersting!

    @PummyRaj @liraz747 i experience something in the game, when the wifi is on or the internet connection is here, the game run perfectly in my phone with nothing happen but when the internet disconnected or i turn off the wifi, the game runs so bad and so laggy... not only the map and event, also the gameplay, so that's really intersting!
