Hi, I play the game often and when I ses my familly member, they for the BTC, but I never see them at all, in fact, I just knew the game have some event (the only one I get is for Halloween 2018), do you think it's normal I never see them ? Thanks.

Yes it's totally normal. I too don't recieve any Event. It's done by Game Team in order get feedback on various events by sending some Players Official Event, some other Player other Event and Some Players no Event at all.
However, you can try Playing in other device. For some Players, it has worked. Just Save Your Game by Email. And Open in other device. I Hope it works for you.

@MmmmmRITCHER Might be worth you trying to clear your game cache ( NOT data ) and log out and restart your device. log back in . See if you have any improvement in the features your receiving, but as explained above you will not get every feature available in the game

Clear App Cache
It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush saga > Tap Clear cache option

Have you not received even the "Odus event" -- where we finish certain number of our daily Quests and receive a gift from Odus?

The version of your game is the most current one. Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? You will lose your boosters if you do that, but your levels and gold bars will remain as long as you are saving your game when you log out of the app.
