Can you please give me your game user ID number? Click on the "Cog Wheel" (the Settings icon) -- then click on Profile -- double click on the King Emblem -- the number that appears will be your game ID number.

I will escalate this to our Candy Friends Community In-charge and inquire about why you are not receiving any event from more than one and half years.
