** To find the ID number -- click on the Cog wheel -- then click on "Profile"... Your profile screen will appear -- then double click on the "King Emblem" and you will see your ID number.

@ChechiBabilonia Few people have had this issue but best person who can help you with this is @PummyRaj her knowledge of this game is far superior to mine, but would say if its a new compatible device you would need to play a few levels for this to kick in. I am sure she will answer you query when she is on here but you may need to be patient

First of all, do you play in Android or IOS?
Secondly, did you download Candy Crush Friends Saga game from Google Play or from Samsung Store?
And third, except from the name of your phone which is Samsung Galaxy, you need to tell me and the model too.
