2) Were you playing from level 1 OR did you just download the game and played only few levels?

1) Version you have right now (2) Your game ID number
** To find the ID number -- click on the Cog wheel -- then click on "Profile"... Your profile screen will appear -- then double click on the "King Emblem" and you will see your ID number.
