I am having the same problem not receiving lives from friends. I have tried everything I, and any suggestions I received and nothing is working. 😥 HELP!
I'm trying to get more Lives from Friends on Candy Crush Friends but i have not receive any
Either the people on your friends list don't play very often, or they don't realise how to send lives. It's fairly easy to miss if you're only interested in playing the levels.
Why can’t you FIX the connection with FB to send and receive lives? You had it fixed for 4 days last week and it’s broken AGAIN.
don’t give me a bunch of BS responses either. FIX IT
Hello @Mamapattycake61,
I am not a Facebook user, but there is an article in our Help Center that might provide suggestions. Please review the article here.
I can understand why you are frustrated. Even though I don't play through Facebook, the functionality for sending and receiving lives on my mobile devices rarely works. Please be aware that sending and receiving lives is a known issue -- both when using Facebook or playing King games from the app store. I do not know when the issue will be resolved, but it will be great news to most players when it is..
JohnCandy, I haven’t received any in months as well. Used to get them but not in quite a while now. I send a ton and I see the same names in my friends group so I know they are active players. So frustrating. Not sure what the fix is. Just wanted you to know you’re not alone.
