I wanted to give you an update about this: Our Studio have identifiedย the issue and there will be a fix for it in the next release going out next week.ย Therefore, please make sure to update to the latest once the next release is out.
In the meantime, we'd advise not to use Red Rabbit for your level... sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for letting us know! Please try the steps provided by @terrazas1325 - That usually helps.
However, we're having some issues with the latests version it seems and our Studio is looking into it in the meantime.
If you have the chance to take screenshots or screen recording of the Red Rabbit power, that would be really helpful!

All you need is to play Level 1623 with Red Rabbit, and 1621 with Nutcracker. I can't take screenshots but these 2 levels can show the glitch.

I just got the chance to replay level 1623 with red rabbit, and your right his powers do nothing. Right now King is experiencing some issues with the new version, and that's probably what the problem is so please bear with them.
I did take some screenshots unfortunately I couldn't take a video recording @QueenMia . There is a issue with this level and red rabbits power.
As you can tell the red rabbits power did not do any damage to the pop rock candies. I hope these screenshots help the studio out a bit.

I noticed the same thing - I do not have screenshots but Nutcracker's powers don't do any damage to blockers and Red Rabbit has no effect on hearts.

Seems to have fixed. Today Nutcracker hits a blue fizz in 1661 and it goes off correctly.
