    Hi Elsa, I'm wondering if any others are having the same problem as me. I'm given the stockings etc and it says they will be there for about 3 days and then after about half an hour they vanish. I had Rami for the first level and then that vanished. If they said the boosters were being there for so many hours then it used to be true.

      Hold on. Let me open the game now. I have the stockings and have a little over an hour left on that. I didn't even get Rami this week at all. Something is definitely going wrong with all the challenges. I better keep a closer eye on it. By the way, have you gone over to my message about adding the search box to Saga? If not, please go there because if we don't get enough people responding then it won't happen.

    Hi Elsa, I'm just wondering if you have the same as this. I have the stockings one minute and the next they've gone and they have hours left to run. I also had Rami, did one level and then he disappeared. It seems they change from one device to another. Can't remember them doing it before.

      I didn't get Didi or Rami this week. I think with all that has been going on with Facebook it might have affected our challenges. Please do me a big favor, and post a message in the community. I would like to find out if others find your message and say that they are having the same problem. Then I can notify Cez about it. Here she will never see that you are having problems.

    Elsa, I hope you can see this. I am more than upset today. I have been in touch with King and they have been trying to help me. I have the stockings now, but my PC is still on 4223 and my Lap Top is still on 4221. I have sent them screenshots. I have done everything they have asked of me, but they seem to have forgotten me since yesterday afternoon. I want to get back to my game but I'm frightened to in case it doesn't sync properly. Is there any way you can get in touch with them and find out what's happening. The last they asked me was to just keep my PC logged on and that's what I did.

      There is no one in their office again until Monday. Play just on one computer and forget the other until Monday. I don't think you will see any syncing until the new episode is released and it goes beyond 4220. That is what I am waiting to see. Let's wait until Wednesday and take a break from the game today! I should be answering new questions here but instead I have chosen to forget them for a bit, except you of course, and do a video. We all need breaks sometime. If you want to play then go to your PIC and continue but I don't know if they will be releasing 15 or 30 new levels. Either way it should go up to 4235 on Wednesday.

      Thank you for that Elsa. They have come back to me and asked me to do yet again all that I've done before. I'll carry on my PC then. It would be nice for all our devices to be on the same level. It would stop some confusion. Thank you

    Hi Elsa, I have 37 gold bars and have tried to use them for extra moves but it won't let me.  It will only let me buy more at that point not use them.

    Thanks Elsa, nothing happened when I pressed the 0,1,2 etc buttons and the X close button would not even work.  I had to close the app and it happened several
    times and then it disappeared.

      It’s happening again. Tried to press all the buttons and combinations of the buttons and nothing works. Closed the app re-opened and still there. I know nothing of the ‘testing’ you write of.

      Hey Elsa, I updated and the buttons are no longer there. So many odd things have happened with my phone in the last six months it’s bizarre. Including as many as 50 levels on CCS mysteriously skipped within a minute without me playing them. Thanks for your help!

      Hey I heard that from a couple of players that suddenly when they opened the game they were at the end and there were 3 stars on each level but they never played those levels. That is weird! I still want to find out what those buttons are all about so let's see if the community manager responds to your message.

    3382 will not loop out. I passed it but won’t complete because of the pattern of ongoing fish. I see many people have voiced this but I’ve not seen a resolution. I donly not know how to post to.the support.  This is frustrating

      I just searched here to see who else wrote about this level. There are 2 messages but they are from June and August and I know that other players have passed this since then. I just went into my game and played the level. I didn't clear it but it didn't look. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?

      I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
      On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
      On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
