The event arrived earlier today and I completed the first level. I came back to the game a few hours later and the event had disappeared! Thanks for your reply. My game ID is 10829175484. I've completed four chapters in the past couple of days since this problem began - a bit of a winning streak - and it was disappointing not to receive the rewards!

I've completed four chapters over the past couple of days, but I haven't received the map rewards for any of them. I'm just moved to the next chapter automatically. Please could you look into this.?
