Tcat007 is correct. I will add this though, if playing via Windows 10 you must use Facebook and not the Candy Crush app. @Victor- Does the app not work well for you at all?

Same thing happened to me, I used loads of bonuses up and the screen froze, I have not attempted them again, I also asked for help from King, but just got an automated email basically telling me to fine help myself!
