  • Hi Leslie- What device do you have? Is the sound working fine with all of your other apps? Try restarting the tablet and entering the game again. Let me know how you get on. :-) 
  • I think there has been a lot of feedback about this level plus I have seen that a few had said that the level freezes for them. I believe King are looking into it as I have seen some moderators comments in the threads. Hopefully there will be an update soon :-)

  • Hey! If you don't mind your husband using your Facebook logon. He can log in with your account on his new Android tablet and all of his progress should be restored so that he can continue playing. :-) 
  • Hi Levente- Are you playing on a mobile device? If so, can you check on Facebook (on the computer) if your correct levels are still there? Let me know. 
  • Hey all- there seems to be a problem with this level freezing. I have seen quite a few threads on this and a moderator has commented to say that they are looking into this level. I think we will need to wait a little while.

  • Hey Traci. No I was just replying because I have had the same problem and I found this workaround. Just thought that I would share it as I have seen a lot of the same threads where other people have also lost their Boosters. I am not sure of the exact cause only that an update on your mobile can sometimes trigger it. :-(
