Why can you just not supply the information requested? What is the problem?

The game constant says no internet connection when there is clearly a strong internet connection, I am playing against myself - how is this even possible?, I win a game and then I am shown a screen that says I’ve lost my winning streak, I am awarded tickets and power ups that are not credited to me. The list goes on.....
