Did you let the time run out? Because the only way to pass once you've reached your score is to let the time run out. If they have finished the level you are on, they should be in the box where all the people that finished scores are, you can click on the heart next to their name and that will send them a life. Otherwise it's like a card shuffle of who you can send lives to

Did you do anything like uninstall/reinstall the game or clear your data? Because that would definitely make you lose lives and boosters, otherwise you'll have to wait for customer support to return hopefully they can help you!

I do not have mystery mountain either, I get it every weekend since day 1, logged in and out of facebook connection as well. All is updated, playing with a Galaxy Tab 4 android. If I uninstall / reinstall I will lose all my boosters :-(

I tried replaying the level, no +5s other than the ones already there, not sure how I passed it but I'm assuming it was getting lucky with the 2 boosters at the beginning.
