Hello and a warm welcome to the pet rescue saga community. In order to keep the game stable, not everyone gets the mountain all the time. All we can say is that you should get it at some point so keep your game updated. Which level is it? Perhaps we can help with some pointers?

Hello! Firstly have you tried the recommended troubleshooting for the windows app you can find HERE? If that hasn't worked, can you tell me when you are getting the error message, what are you trying to do?
