Eric, you can look at this for information on what to do. Here you have a few options: 1) Create a new Facebook/Kingdom account- uninstall the game and play connected to a new account. You would be able to start from the beginning but still save your new levels to an account and enjoy the perks of being connected. 2)…

Denise, can you first try clearing your cache/history on your device, then try to reconnect to see if it brings you up to the right level? If not, here is some information that may help you: Lost Progress If you need to use the contact on the bottom make sure you put in lost levels. Thanks.
