Do you have the same problem on Facebook too? Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed, enough memory on your iphone. If all of your levels are synced, as a last resort I would try completely uninstalling and re-installing the app. Let us know how you get on :)

I had a similar problem on Facebook for a little while but it is fine for me now. Have you tried it on your mobile or tablet? This work around worked for me. I hope this helps :) 

Sometimes it is just one of those things. To make sure the game doesn't freeze again, I suggest that you clear the cache and make sure that your Java is up to date. This is unusual, on mine I can just press play on the first screen and it doesn't ask me to connect to Facebook, this only happens if I press the "Connect" button. What kind of tablet are you playing on? Sounds silly but you are not accidentally pressing the blue Facebook tab instead of the "play" one?

Hey I did not have a problem with this level. Where are you playing? Facebook, mobile or King.com? Have you tried playing on a different browser or a different device? Always make sure that you have the latest update of the game too. Let us know how you get on. 

I had a similar problem in another game a few weeks ago. I tried to ask for help on my mobile instead and it worked. Sometimes there can be a slight problem on your PC and it can work on another platform.
