Hey if Candy Crush isn't available on your device you should try playing on Facebook instead. All of your progress will be saved and then if you get a compatible device in the future, you can sync it with Facebook and all of your levels will be there :)

Hey I had a similar problem in Pet Rescue Saga a while back. It only appeared to be a problem on Facebook and only when reaching new worlds. So I simply passed the block on my mobile and then continued playing on Facebook again. I hope this helps you. :)
