This looks to be the same as the old level 10913. Here is a video that matches with no boosters. Interesting. My 40 spark chest gives a color bomb, a striped brush, a timed wrapped candy, a timed fish, and 6 sparks. My 20 spark chest gives the timed fish and coconut wheel, the 4 sparks, and a wrapped candy.

Okay. For me that one is level 18235. I am afraid you are right. This one is practically impossible without boosters or gold bars. Interesting. For me, level 18231 is a level where the only order is to release sprinks. No jelly. And it is a relatively easy level - I was able to scroll back to it and won it on the first try with only a starting coconut wheel booster. Are you sure your problem level is 18231?

Is it possible the mislabeling is just because when they moved the level, they didn't move the classification with it? So the difficulty level shows how hard the old board that was there before the move was?
