If the top person there took 7 hours a day breaks, they would be scoring 6,747,000 ÷ 46 or about 147,000 per hour. A very reasonable pace, probably saving boosters and gold bars for the last stage. Definitely not anywhere near the highest scorer in this stage.

If that player at the top is smart, they will slack off a bit now, to save boosters and gold bars for stage 6. Only play when someone else is chasing.

200k is really the high limit, and honestly probably cannot be sustained. Morganleeoregon has stated that a good target is 180k per hour to be able to win. The best way to tell whether someone is a likely cheater is to just do the math on the score. If someone is not scoring more than 200,000 per hour, giving at least 4 hours for sleep each day, then it is a reasonable score that can be legitimately achieved and is probably not a cheater.
