Does that message come up in-game or when you launch it? If your progress is synced to either FB or Kingdom, i'd uninstall it and install it from fresh to see if that fixes it.

I don't know Craig but it's smooth sailing on my end, is everything good with your internet? If it's loading slow on all 3 platforms it's most likely the culprit.
