Hi @JustPlaying, My friend contacted me this morning and wanted to know what is causing the problem. I was advised that a password reset had been done via Facebook. The problem occurred when the game was open on Windows 10 but seems to work on other devices.

I've just checked the Mac App Store and it doesn't appear to show up.

iOS at the moment. I suggested the game to a friend of mine who said she'd been playing it several hours on Android up until I said it was available on Windows 10!
